When you fill out a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, the topics you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your retirement goals. We also collect basic technical information, such as your IP address and the date and time of your submission.
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule appointments, prepare the reports you ask for, and send you information related to your request. If you check NO on a workshop response form, we will not contact you.
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your request and appointments, and, only if you separately check the marketing box, occasional marketing messages such as workshop invitations and retirement planning reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our customer relationship management and communication platforms), who are required to keep it confidential, and when required by law.
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels. The booking calendar on our scheduling pages is provided by our scheduling software (LeadConnector) and may set cookies it needs to work. Our web host may log basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for security. When you submit a form, we record the date, time, and IP address with your submission as a record of your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the booking calendar may not work without them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
